In the name of the Benevolent Father of all: I, Elizabeth Boegel of Waynesburgh, Stark Co.,
O. do make and publish this my last will and testament:
Item I It is my will that all my just debts and charges be paid out of my estate.
Item II I give and devise to my grandchildren: - Augustus R. Elson, Cathn Whitacre and
Margaret Greer of the town of Magnolia, Ohio and Jno Boegel & Hellen Dwier of the State
of Missouri One Hundred Dollars each, to be paid out of my estate, by my executor of this my
last will and testament.
Item III The remainder of my estate, if there be any, is to be divided equally amongst my
heirs: - Henry Boegel, Charlotte Schimonskey, The heirs of Chas Boegel, (deceased). The heirs
of Fred Boegel, (deceased) and the heirs of Cathn Inven, (deceased) one share each. But
should my estate not exceed the value of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) no one shall fall
heir to my estate but the persons mentioned in :Item Second:
Item IV My clothing I give and devise to my daughter, Charlotte Schimonskey. (bedding not
included). My silver spoons I give and devise to my son Henry Boegel. I also give and devise
to my son Henry Boegel a small bureau with shaving box combined.
Item V I do hereby nominate and appoint my grandson Augustus R. Elson executor of this my
last will and testament hereby authorizing and empowering him, to sell at public or private
sale all my real estate and deeds to purchasers, to execute, acknowledge & deliver in fee
I desire that no appraisement of my personal property be made and I authorize
and empower my executor to sell the same at public or private sale.
In testimony hereof, I have here unto set my hand and seal this twentieth day of
October in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy One.
